Ramtons Microwaves Cleaning and Care

  1. Before cleaning, ensure to turn off the oven and unplug it from the wall socket.
  2. Keep the inside of the oven clean by wiping food splatters or spilled liquids with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, mild detergent can be used, but avoid using harsh cleaners that may damage the door surface.
  3. Clean the outside surfaces with a damp cloth, taking care not to let water seep into the ventilation openings to protect the internal parts.
  4. Regularly wipe the door, window, door seals, and adjacent parts with a damp cloth to remove spills or spatters. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.
  5. Take caution not to wet the control panel. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth and keep the oven door open to prevent accidental operation.
  6. If steam accumulates inside or around the oven door, use a soft cloth to wipe it away. This is normal, especially in high humidity conditions.
  7. Occasionally, remove the glass tray for cleaning. Wash it in warm soapy water or in a dishwasher.
  8. Clean the roller ring and oven floor regularly to minimize noise. Use mild detergent to wipe the oven bottom, and the roller ring can be washed in soapy water or a dishwasher. When removing and replacing the roller ring, ensure it is positioned correctly.
  9. To eliminate odors, place a cup of water with lemon juice and skin in a microwaveable bowl, microwave for 5 minutes, and then wipe and dry with a soft cloth.
  10. Seek professional assistance from a dealer when replacing the oven light.
  11. Regularly clean the oven and remove any food deposits. Neglecting proper maintenance may lead to surface deterioration, affecting the appliance’s lifespan and potentially posing hazards.
  12. Dispose of the appliance at a designated disposal center provided by the municipalities and avoid placing it in the domestic rubbish bin.
